![]() ![]() With 30 million albums sold worldwide and the prestigious honor of being the only artist under the age of 30 included in Rolling Stone Magazines list of the 100 greatest singers of all time, five time Grammy Award winner Christina Aguilera has already achieved an unprecedented level of success. Some of this stuff is quite good on its own merits, particularly when Christina swings her hips to Etta's lead, bringing to mind the zest of “Ain’t No Other Man,” but every element of the film, from its aesthetic to its very concept, ties Aguilera to another era and not the retro-glam Burlesque means to evoke: no matter how strong she struts and sings, she seems tied to an era of larger-than-life divas, who are out of place in a year ruled by Gaga and Rihanna, even the vulgar Ke$ha. 2010 release, the fourth studio album from the Pop/R&B diva. Of course, many of her collaborators from Bionic remain on Burlesque: Tricky Stewart is responsible for the glitzy dance, and Sia Furler co-writes the ballads, their contributions slotted between two Cher songs designed to push the narrative forward, two Etta James covers, a slice of heavy camp in the mincing “But I’m a Good Girl,” and a Nicole Scherzinger co-written interpolation of Marilyn Manson's “The Beautiful People” that provides a bewildering conclusion to this soundtrack. This slide back is dictated by the Showgirls-meets-Glitter thrust of the film’s plot - it exists in a world where the Pussycat Dolls remain a titillating underground phenomenon, not yesterday’s trend diluted by the CW - but its winking nods toward the past have the unfortunate side-effect of making Christina seeming even further out of the zeitgeist than she did on the weakest moments of Bionic. The soundtrack to Christina Aguilera's silver screen debut Burlesque shines the spotlight on Xtina, who is in full-bore diva mode - a return to the splashy swing of Back to Basics after the stilted robotic R&B of Bionic. ![]()

While Halo Wars 2 is tonally designed to feel like a direct continuation of Halo Wars, managing director Kevin Grace stated that the game would have a similar tone to Halo: Combat Evolved, as the game's setting is primarily contained within one location. It is at this time that the crew encounter Atriox and the Banished. In an effort to return home, Captain James Cutter leads the ship's crew to the surface of Installation 00 to search for a way to reconnect with the rest of the UNSC. The crew of the Spirit of Fire, having been in cryo-sleep since 2531, are unaware of the nature of the installation, nor do they know the result of the Human-Covenant War. Īccording to franchise director Frank O'Connor, a primary theme of the game is two commanders from two very different backgrounds facing off against each other in an attempt to gain control of Installation 00. Having previously battled the Covenant, the Banished rose to power in wake of the empire's fall in 2552 by gaining control of numerous assets from the Covenant. Led by Captain James Cutter, the crew of Spirit of Fire encounter the mercenary faction known as the Banished, led by the cunning Jiralhanae warlord Atriox. The remaining crew of the Spirit of Fire are awoken from cryo-sleep above the Forerunners' Installation 00, previously the setting for Halo 3. Halo Wars 2 takes place 28 years after the events of Halo Wars in 2531, after Phoenix-class colony ship UNSC Spirit of Fire had floated adrift in space for decades and declared by the rest of the United Nations Space Command as "lost with all hands". So the "asmedia" drive was in the dock when I added it, but now its in the 4-drive enclosure. the reported drive names also are not meaningful, because they were assigned based on which USB-SATA adapter was being used when they were added to the Storage Space, and it doesn't get changed when the drive gets transplanted. ![]() Has anyone seen this problem before? Is there any way to ask Storage Spaces to dig a little deeper and re-establish the link between the SNs reported by hardware and the SNs reported by SS? The video footage isn't critical, else I'd have built this with some resiliency, but it just offends my sensibilities when SS is designed to allow non-destructive replacement of drives, even in a non-resilient space, as long as you have a way to attached the N+1th drive. The nuclear option is to just destroy the array, swap in the new(er) drives, and rebuild the Storage Space, but I'd rather not do that. Maybe it's the weird way I constructed the SS. If I open Crystal Disk Info, all the drives report meaningful SNs, so it's not necessarily the enclosure that's at fault. The problem is that, for some reason, all the SNs are reporting in Manage Storage Spaces as 0123456789ABCDEF, so it's really hard to tell Storage Spaces which drive to "prepare for removal." I want to swap 2 drives out that have very high service ours and swap 2 drives in that I've rippling down from a capacity upgrade from another box. ![]() Then I transplanted the drives into the new enclosure hooked up to the Win10 box, adopted the storage space, and upgraded it when asked, and then added the 3rd and 4th drives. ![]() ![]() The 4 drives are currently housed in a little $99 USB-SATA box, and connected to my Win10/64 Pro box, but I originally created the Storage Space using only 2 of the drives, in 2 of these docks, while attached to a Server 2012 R2E box, so that I could format it as ReFS. I have a 4-drive Storage Space set up as a JBOD (No resiliency) for storage of streamed footage from my security cameras in Blue Iris. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If this error message pops up, it probably means that the computer manufacturer (HP, Dell etc.) want you to navigate to their website and download the drivers from there instead.
